Usage Restrictions

With Gold Pass: Maximum 2 Services Service per Day: Multiple services in one day are not allowed under any pass.

Non-Transferability: Monthly Passes are limited to one person only. Each member card is personal and cannot be transferred or used by anyone else. Sharing the pass with others is strictly prohibited.

Duration

All Monthly Passes are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated (e.g., Radiance Plus Pass valid for 3 months).

Unused services within the validity period will not carry over to the next month and will be forfeited.

Unlimited Services

The Gold Pass offer unlimited visits for their respective services within the pass duration.

Clients are encouraged to book appointments in advance to secure availability, as unlimited services are subject to appointment schedules and clinic capacity.

Cancellation and Rescheduling
