Main Duties and Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Perform Eyebrow Microblading service
• Perform Eyelash extension services and Skin treatment
• Effectively run daily operations of salon.
• Perform body waxing (Including Female Brazilian wax )
• Service your own clients by appointment.
• Opening and closure of the salon.
• Money and till reconciliation at end of day.
• Have a passion for creating lash art.
• Commitment to delivering perfect quality, premium lashes consistently.
• Sound understanding of how to capture the clients lash goals and bring them to life.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and honest communication.
• Manage the customer experience (local and export) from receipt of order to delivery of goods. Resolve issues and respond to enquiries including order status, order expediting and tracking, returns, credits, warranty, price and availability and other general product enquiries.
• Share knowledge with other beauticians and provide training to personnel within other teams.
• File customer documentation within established daily and monthly timeframes.
• Accurately update CRM database with customer information as required.
• Support the implementation and utilization of all relevant technologies that improve the customer experience.
• Resolve all customer complaints received, escalating where necessary to maintain service expectations and customer relationships. Follow up to ensure resolution.
• Arrange fixing, servicing and/or return and replacement of products under customer warranty claims and credits.
• Provide cover on Front Desk as part of a roster programmer with other team members.
• Maintain awareness of all La Bises policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure compliance.
What you will require:
• 3+ Years Experience of Lash Extension.
• 5+ Years Experience of Microblading.
• 3+ Years Experience of female body waxing.
• To seek progression and development as a Lash Artist and in manufacturing.
• A national or international certificate in cosmetic tattoo and skin treatment.
• To be able to perform eyelash extension services and skin treatment.
