🎄 CHRISTMAS GIFT VOUCHER POLICY – LA BISES BEAUTY 🎁

To ensure a smooth and fair experience for all clients, please read our Gift Voucher Policy carefully before purchasing or redeeming your Christmas vouchers.

1. Validity Period
All Christmas Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Please use your voucher before the expiry date. Expired vouchers cannot be extended.

2. Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable
Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, products, or credit.
Once purchased, the voucher value is locked into the system and cannot be withdrawn or transferred.

3. Redemption Rules
• Vouchers can be redeemed for services only at La Bises Beauty (Auckland & Wellington).
• Cannot be used to purchase retail products.
• Can be redeemed multiple times until the full value is used.
• Please use the same email used at purchase to redeem the voucher — no code is required.

4. Usage Conditions
• Vouchers are treated as digital currency for services and must follow our booking terms.
• Voucher holders must book in advance; walk-ins are subject to availability.
• Cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated otherwise.

5. Lost or Misplaced Vouchers
If you lose your email confirmation, we can re-send the voucher using the purchaser’s email.
We cannot issue new vouchers for redeemed or expired vouchers.

6. Christmas Special Vouchers
Some seasonal vouchers may include free add-ons or limited-time extras.
These bonuses are valid only during the promotional period and cannot be exchanged or extended.
