📅 Expiry & Validity

• Valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

• Strictly no extensions. Please ensure all value is used before the expiry date.

• Once expired, the gift card becomes void and cannot be redeemed under any circumstances.

💳 Redemption Rules

• Gift card can be redeemed multiple times until the full value is used.

• Can be used for multiple services across multiple visits.

• Any unused balance remains on the card until expiry.

• Must be presented (digital or physical) before the service.

1. Service-Only Use

• Gift card is valid for services only.

• Cannot be used to purchase products, retail items, or merchandise.

2. No Refund / No Exchange / No Cash Out

• All gift card purchases are final.

• No refunds, no cash-out, and no exchange to money or other credits.

• Cannot be reloaded or topped up.

3. Booking & No-Show Policy

• Standard clinic cancellation/no-show rules apply.

• Late cancellation or no-show may result in forfeiting part of the gift card value.

4. Non-Transferable

• Gift cards are generally not transferable unless the purchaser specifies otherwise at the time of purchase.

5. Lost or Stolen Cards

• Lost, damaged, or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced or reinstated.

• Please keep your digital copy safe.

6. Promotions & Exclusions

• Not valid for purchasing other promos, memberships, packages, or discounted deals unless stated.

• Cannot be used together with other discounts or promotions.
